The aroma is malted cereal, vanilla, juicy pear, oak, and cinnamon applesauce, with caramel on the backend. The sweet and creamy vanilla and malt
entry is joined by pear. It builds to a vanilla pear peak, and fades with malted cereal and mineral. -
The nish is warm, dry, and peppery, with licorice,
bittersweet citrus peel, and a long finish.
