Using classic fermentation methods and pre fermentative skin contact, the wine is almost black in colour, with intense fruit aromas of matured blackberries and black pepper.
The wine is full bodied, powerful, deep structured but smooth and velvety, helped by a 3-month ageing period in 225L French Oak barrels.
The overall end product is elegant, shows complexity and has a long and intense finish.
